Today, we’re sharing that **Margelo is joining Callstack** in a transaction that values Margelo at more than €20 million. The combination brings our performance-first React Native engineering and open-source work together with Callstack’s experience delivering React Native at enterprise scale.

Margelo is best known for [Nitro Modules](https://nitro.margelo.com), [VisionCamera](https://visioncamera.margelo.com), and [react-native-mmkv](https://github.com/margelo/react-native-mmkv). Joining Callstack gives the same clients access to Margelo’s technology and Callstack’s decade of experience helping large organizations adopt, scale, and operate React Native.

As AI makes implementation faster, architecture, performance, native integration, validation, and release safety matter more than ever. Together, our teams will keep focusing on those foundations and take on more of the difficult production problems that determine whether software succeeds.

Our existing open-source libraries will remain open source, and I will continue to lead their development while helping shape our combined offering.
